These terms govern your use of Pounce, a product of Drofn ("Drofn", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Pounce analyzes publicly available information about companies to help you identify sales prospects, and generates AI-suggested outreach content. Scores, pain points, signals, and other AI-generated content are estimates based on available data — they are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and shouldn't be relied on as the sole basis for business decisions.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Plan quotas (analyses, searches, cadences) reset each calendar month and don't roll over. Cancelling a subscription keeps it active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops your account to the Free plan. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
Don't use Pounce to violate any law, to harass or spam individuals, or to attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security controls. Outreach emails generated by Pounce are sent only through your own connected email account, under your own responsibility for compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drofn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; contact us to request account deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
